Privacy
Privacy policy.
Plain-English version: I only use what you send me to reply to you and work on your project. I don't sell it or share it for marketing.
Last updated October 2026. This policy covers the Johnny Hotdog Web Co. website. Johnny Hotdog Web Co. is operated by Kyle Peirson in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
What I collect
Only what you choose to send through the forms on this site: your name, email address, phone number, business details, the project description you write, and any file you attach. If you use the estimate tool, your selected options come along with your project brief.
Your draft project brief is saved in your own browser so you don't lose it. It stays on your device and is cleared when you send it.
How I use it
To reply to you, prepare a quote, and build and support your website if you hire me. I may use writing tools, including AI assistants, to help organize your project details and build your site.
Who else handles it
Form submissions and attachments are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are forwarded to my email by Netlify. Page previews of portfolio sites are loaded from WordPress.com's screenshot service, and fonts load from Google Fonts. These providers may log basic technical data like your IP address under their own privacy policies.
I don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.
How long I keep it
I keep messages and project details as long as needed to respond, complete your project and keep business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your choices
Use the contact form, or call or text (270) 681-0756, to ask what I have, correct it, or have it deleted. This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
